2. Hosting and delivery of this website
This website is built and hosted with Framer, a service of Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Framer runs its hosting on Amazon Web Services. Requests to our domain are also routed through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When you visit the website, these providers process technical data that your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Framer also gives us aggregated statistics on page visits, which are collected without cookies and do not identify you.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and working website). We have data processing agreements with these providers. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
3. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to answer your request. Our email is hosted by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or its preparation, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We keep your messages as long as needed to handle your request. Correspondence relevant for tax purposes is kept for seven years (§ 132 BAO).
4. Booking a call
To book a call, you can use our booking page, which is provided by Notion Calendar, a service of Notion Labs, Inc., 2300 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. When you book, Notion processes your name, email address, the chosen time slot and any notes you add, and sends both of us a calendar invitation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request). The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. We keep booking data as long as needed for the conversation and any follow-up.
5. Blueprint download and newsletter
You can download our GTM blueprint through the form on our website. We process your name, business email address and phone number to send you the blueprint and, if you are interested, to follow up about our services. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
We only send you our newsletter if you separately agree to it by ticking the checkbox in the form. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 174 Telecommunications Act 2021. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by email to us. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Form entries are collected through Framer and passed on to our CRM (see section 6) and to our newsletter service provider, who processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
6. Customer relationship management
We manage contacts, enquiries and business relationships in the CRM system Attio, a service of Attio Limited, London, United Kingdom. The European Commission has recognised the United Kingdom as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for existing or prospective contracts, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in organising our business relationships). We delete contact data when it is no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.
7. Embedded Miro board
Our framework section shows an embedded board from Miro, a service of RealtimeBoard, Inc. (Miro), 201 Spear Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When the page loads, your browser connects to Miro's servers, so Miro receives your IP address and technical information about your device. Miro may also set cookies. Details are in Miro's privacy policy.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in presenting our framework in an interactive way). The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
8. Links to other websites
Our website links to external services such as LinkedIn. No data is sent to these services until you click a link. After that, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
9. Cookies
Our website itself does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Embedded third-party content may set cookies (see section 7).
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, and the right to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, email us at etienne.frelechoz@effortlessgtm.com.
